Design, manufacture, installation & project management to deliver a range of high level external signage for ‘Unite’ & their hotel partner ‘Aloft Hotels’.

External signage was followed by a main internal lobby sign, floor directory signs and way finding signage.

Comments:

A project three years in the making! Pearce Signs were invited to get involved with this project at a very early stage, to advise on the feasibility of delivering a diverse range of high impact solutions for all elevations of the building.

Pearce initially worked to secure the appropriate planning consents and then collaborated with a range of stakeholders on the project to ensure the signs were manufactured and installed across a number of phases, as construction of the site progressed.

Pearce liaised with the local council & highways to secure all necessary traffic management requirements where needed to allow the signs to be installed using a variety of access machines.

We were also able to offer dedicated continuity of project management for the lifetime of the project.
