Pearce Group Announces Paul Shilling as Group Managing Director

5th May 2022 – Nottingham, UK – Pearce Group, leading group of UK based signage companies that incorporates Pearce Signs, Pearce Digital, Pearce Electrical and The International Sign Alliance, has announced with immediate effect the appointment of Paul Shilling as Group Managing Director. With full responsibility for the leadership and development of the group’s UK and international business, Paul will play a key role in meeting the company’s growth ambitions, whilst utilising his experience of the latest technology to drive state-of-the-art techniques in digital, signage and branding solutions.


A talented and passionate business leader, Paul brings over 30 years of industry experience to the role. Focusing on strategy, sales and client experiences, Paul’s wealth of knowledge working across the globe with a wide range of blue-chip companies is the ideal fit for Pearce Group, as it looks to continue building its domestic and international reputation within the industry. Of significance is Paul’s experience and understanding of the most up to date signage techniques, with particular knowledge of the latest Metaverse technology and digital trends.

“Over the last 30 years, whilst operating at the highest levels, Paul has worked with many major brands domestically and globally across the automotive, petroleum, banking, retail, leisure, and corporate sectors.”,said Peter Snaith, Pearce Group Chairman. “The diversity of these sectors and clients, combined with his extensive experience, makes Paul the perfect candidate to lead the Group as it continues to innovate and supply leading signage and branding solutions for our existing and future clients. Having started his career as a sign designer and engineer, Paul has gone on to manage some of the largest brand rollouts in the built environment, with specialist knowledge of project management, cost and risk management, construction, fit-out, interior furniture, signage and graphics. This broad skill base combined with an in-depth understanding of future trends within signage made Paul the clear choice to take the business forward.
