Gareth is responsible for the Project Management delivery teams across the UK market and international territories.
His overall aim is to analyse and improve organisational processes, and work to improve quality, productivity and efficiency.
A proven programme delivery manager, operating at a senior level, that has over 10 years Pearce Signs experience, delivering projects to some of the most recognisable brands across the globe.
Gareth is a fully qualified PRINCE2 Practitioner and prior to joining Pearce Signs, he was an Account Manager at an Engineering firm and then spent 4 years as a Project Manager within the shopfitting sector.
