Martin has over 35 years’ experience in the sign industry joining Pearce Signs in 1987 as a Management Trainee and has worked across all departments ranging from production management, project management and sales.

Martin heads up our Design & Estimating departments and also oversees a successful sales team, developing sales strategies focusing on both UK and International markets.

A member of the Pearce Signs Board of Directors, Martin’s versatile approach to business is a key asset to the overall success of the Group.
