A talented and passionate business leader, Paul brings over 30 years of industry experience to the Pearce Group. Focusing on strategy, sales and client experiences, Paul has a wealth of knowledge working across the globe with a wide range of blue-chip companies. Of significance is Paul’s experience and understanding of the most up to date signage techniques, with particular knowledge of the latest Metaverse technology and digital trends.

Having started his career as a sign designer and engineer, Paul has gone on to manage some of the largest brand rollouts in the built environment, with specialist knowledge of project management, cost and risk management, construction, fit-out, interior furniture, signage and graphics.

Paul leads the Pearce Group Board of Directors as it continues to innovate and supply leading signage and branding solutions for its existing and future clients.
