Pete started his career as an accountant specializing in business cost analysis and manufacturing processes and worked in the construction and pharmaceutical industries. This initial grounding inspired his enthusiasm for working with general management to support and enable business improvements to be integrated with exceptional customer service. Pete then joined Pearce Signs some 30 years ago when it was under the Pearce family ownership, working initially as a management accountant followed by progression to sales director and later to managing director.
The opportunity to buy the company arose in 2007, and with that opportunity came the potential to build on its historic foundation and to develop it into the successful market leader it is today. By focusing on establishing a team of experts in the field and creating both a top-class manufacturing facility and a strong business development sales team, the Pearce group has expanded into global markets, successfully delivering many rebrand projects for major clients.
