With over 40 years experience in electrical contracting and design across both commercial and residential projects, Simon joined Pearce Electrical in 2015 as Senior Contracts Manager, overseeing and delivering significant projects for the business. Promoted to Managing Director in 2017, Simon oversees all elements of the company’s operations’s and his professionalism has grown Electrical to be an essential element of any new business pitch.

His focused and dedicated approach combined with the drive to provide customers with the level of service that they expect, has enabled Simon to rapidly build the client base, not only when discussing signage but also when providing the electrical contracting solutions required for complete store fit outs and multi-store roll outs.

His attention to the all-important detail has been essential as Electrical continues to build its own customer base, whilst also supporting the other Pearce Group companies.
